Thanks for that and I'll try not to disappoint.


My name is Mike.


I help men who are succeeding in business but failing in health.


I'm a minimalist when it comes to fitness. There's way too much

information out there and it can be a bit of a minefield. I'm not a fan of it. I'm sure you aren't either.



Why fitness is so important to me


I've been in the fitness industry for a good while now and studying everything known to mankind on nutrition and training for muscle gain and fat loss for a lot longer.


It means so much to me.


It made me stronger and more confident. It has made my social interactions with people better and more enjoyable. It increased the quality of the relationships in my life. It even curbed some pretty severe depression. 


Exercise and nutrition have literally given my life meaning.


And I want to pass as much of this on to anyone that needs it.


Luckily, I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of people face to face and thousands more online. I love what I do and can't be thankful enough when I get messages like this...

Every early morning and every late night, it's all worth it.


Oh, as much as I talk, I also walk the walk.



My approach to fitness


Firstly, I'm a big fan of efficiency.


Maximal results in minimal time and all that jazz. But it goes a bit further. To me, efficiency means doing the minority of things extremely well and giving the majority hardly a passing thought. Within the minority are the things that really matter - in work, health and life - and the things that will actually get results. 


Secondly, I'm pro-sustainability.


Fitness doesn't mean a quick-fix solution to a long-term problem. It must be easy to sustain results and continuously make progress. This comes with a level of knowledge to be self-sufficient into the future.


Finally, I never force a certain methodology down someone's throat.


It doesn't make sense. Fitness must be simple, practical, enjoyable and it must meet your needs, schedule, goals and preferences - not someone else idea of optimal.


Fitness must improve your life, not consume it.



A heads up: This website isn't for everyone.


I'm not a self-proclaimed fitness 'guru'


I won't pretend to know the answers to every question you may have.

(I will search for those answers until you're satisfied, though)
