And if something isn't working we can make adjustments where necessary to ensure satisfaction. It's what's referred to as concierge coaching - you tell me what you need and I create the solution.

Nutritional guidance


Being a strong believer in good nutrition, I want you to look at how you fuel your body in a new light. Chicken and broccoli three times per day is not a realistic diet. Want to eat ice cream? Nothing is a barrier to stop you becoming healthier or achieving your fitness goals.

1-to-1 coaching


It's personal. Coaching is built around your time, schedule and preferences. You will have complete access to me and I will respond to any request ASAP, I understand that your time is important. You will never feel alone or helpless in the process.



It's all about helping you reach your goals. Support is given openly and completely. Big night out coming up? Tweak a muscle in your lower back? I'll take care of you. Knowing that someone is looking out for you can make all the difference.

What makes this program different from anything I can just download off the internet?

There are many programs available out there based upon what may have worked for one person or just making you jump around and sweat for a period of time.

My programs are based on what has been proven to work time and time again, and then personalised to you. Strength work, in the gym, using your muscles as they were always supposed to work, creating shape and burning away fat.


There are no set preset templates and no program is set until the consultation is done.


Many things may work in the realms of fitness, but the real secret is being able to apply proven principles and adapt them to your own body, lifestyle and level of experience for sustained success. 


You may see two people on the same program get completely different results. This is where slight adjustments need to be made to the plan to end your fitness frustration.



Will I have to spend a lot of time in the gym?

Roughy, I will get you to train in the gym 3 times per week, but this is completely dependent on your current starting position. Sessions will last around 45 minutes. Working 1 on 1 with me will allow us to work together and find what works for your schedule.



I have a current injury or medical condition. Can I still join the program?

Sure, all I ask is that you tell me the details before we start. If for any reason I can't work with 

your injury I'll let you know. 



Does nutrition mean a you will just give me a meal plan?

Nope, no meal plans here. Instead I will introduce a new way of tracking your diet, giving you the power to set yourself up for long term results so you never have to deal with the dieting BS ever again.



How does payment work?

I use a PayPal account. It's simple, secure and easy to set up payments. The programs have minimum committments (6 weeks for Redefine Me and 12 weeks for Redefine Commit) unless you reach out and cancel within the first 14 days, in which case you will be refunded in full.



How long does it take to see results?

I can say this, it is dependent on the individual but in almost every case results are seen within the first month. With consistency and dedication these results will keep rolling on month after month. My goal is to set you up for long term success - to lose the fat and keep it off!



Do you have any terms and conditions?

Sure I do. Everything will be discussed during our initial consultation. Or you can ask if you'd like a heads up.
