Virtual Personal Training

Virtual PT emerged during COVID-19 when I was exploring other ways to deliver personal training to my clients. They loved the flexibility, comfort and convenience so much they asked me to keep the option available. Now I'm sharing it with you.

You can now opt to do in-person training, virtual training or a mixture of both to suit your needs, preferences and lifestyle.

 

Headstart Program

Most of the time, starting is the hardest part. This program provides four weeks worth of coaching to move you from novice to comfortable and sustainable. If you're motivated and looking to start of on the front foot, this program is for you.
