Redefine Review - Sunscreen & Ice Cream (27/8)
Sup team, welcome to the blog!
Now, I'll be the first one to admit it. I've been lazy on the work front these last few weeks.
To be honest, all I've wanted to do is chill by the pool and work on my tan (good news is I'm no longer a fluorescent shade of white). My brother still needs some sunscreen lessons though!
Now, I've had my break and it's time to knuckle down and polish off the rest of the year.
Update: Still travelling. The fam went home a few days ago and left me to do my own thing for a while. The plan is Graz -> Lake Bled-> Ljubljana -> Venice -> Philippines -> Sydney.
In other news, I finally received the photos from the shoot I had about a month ago and I'm more than happy with the results. Here's some of my faves.

And I've been staying limber and flexy while travelling. Here's my go to mobility complex to get the whole body feeling good.
Food & Training
Have been decent... Not great, but hey, what can you expect when on holiday. The main thing I've been doing is prioritising protein in my meals as it's not time to be calorie counting or restricting myself from all the delicious local delicacies.
Training-wise, I'm getting in a gym workout every few days along with the occasional home workout. It's all about maintenance right now. I also conjured up this blog post in which you'll discover some of the training and nutrition methods I'm using to keep fit while travelling.
