Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: A gym membership is not essential. In our initial talks, we will discuss what works best for YOU. For some people, strength training won't even be applicable at the start. If you like to train at the gym, great! If not, that is fine too. That's the beauty of an individualised program.

Q: Will this guarantee my success?

A: Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of life, there is nothing which can guarantee your success. But saying that, we have a very high satisfaction/success rate (both online and in person) and can proudly say SM:SB will give you the best chance possible.

Q: I have a current injury or medical condition. Can I still join the program?

A: Sure, all I ask is that you tell me the details before we start. If for any reason I can't work with your injury/condition I'll let you know.

Q: Do you have any terms or conditions?
